I started a blog a million years ago....but lost my confidence and never went anywhere with it.

Today is a new day. I start new!!

Have you noticed that most people are going through a rough time? It seems like it has been a year of lots of challenges and difficulties for pretty much everybody I know...... including myself.

Is has been a year I have had to dig deep to get in touch with my inner strength, put my head down and keep moving!!

Hard times are usually a time when whether we want it to or not, an inner transformation occurs. We must sink or swim.

This is a link to a couple of songs I wrote last year. I play them a little differently now, but I still think they are relevant to what we are going through today.
